Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results\-oriented Sales \& Marketing Manager to drive business growth, generate new client relationships, and strengthen the company's market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong business development capabilities, marketing expertise, and experience working in the events, advertising, activation, media, or experiential marketing industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for brand activation, events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build long\-term relationships with marketing heads, HR leaders, procurement teams, and decision\-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Marketing \& Brand Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company services.
- Manage ATL, BTL , digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content campaigns.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and client success stories.
- Enhance brand visibility through online and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, networking events, and business forums.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
- Prior experience in Event Management, Brand Activation, Advertising, Media, Experiential Marketing, or Corporate Events is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
