• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement sales \& marketing strategies to achieve company targets
• Generate new business opportunities through architects, builders, contractors, and dealers
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships
• Handle team coordination and guide sales executives for performance improvement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online \& offline)
• Ensure timely follow\-ups, order closures, and payment collections
• Prepare sales reports and present to management.
• Develop and appoint **dealers \& distributors** in new and existing markets
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners

• *Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
