• Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, hair care, beauty, or personal care products.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, retail sales, and brand development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.

• Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• New distributor and retailer acquisition.
• Revenue growth and market expansion.
• Brand awareness and product visibility.
