Job Description: Sales Officer (SO) – Dhoom Detergents
- *Location:** Alwar, Rajasthan
- *Dhoom Detergents** is looking for a driven and results\-oriented Sales Officer (SO) to lead our distribution and retail expansion in the Alwar territory. As the face of our brand in this region, you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing distributor networks, and ensuring our products reach every household.
Key Responsibilities
- **Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets for the Alwar territory.
- **Distributor Management:** Appoint, manage, and engage distributors. Ensure they maintain adequate stock levels, manage their ROI, and process their claims in a timely manner.
- **Market Coverage \& Expansion:** Design and execute effective beat plans. Expand the retail network by onboarding new Kirana stores, mini\-marts, and wholesalers across urban and rural Alwar.
- **Visibility \& Merchandising:** Ensure prime placement of Dhoom Detergents in retail outlets. Deploy Point of Sale Material (POSM) and execute local BTL (Below The Line) promotional activities effectively.
- **Team Leadership:** Guide, motivate, and track the daily performance of off\-roll Sales Representatives (SRs) or Independent Sales Reps (ISRs) assigned to your beats.
- **Market Intelligence:** Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and new product launches in the detergent/home care segment, reporting insights back to management.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate daily sales reports (DSR), attendance, and route productivity data using the company's sales management software/app.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of sales experience. *Candidates with prior experience in detergents, soaps, or home\-care categories will be highly preferred.*
- **Local Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the Alwar geography, local retail landscape, and existing relationships with key distributors in the region.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Core Skills:** Strong negotiation, relationship\-building, and communication skills (fluency in Hindi and local dialects; basic English).
- **Mobility:** Must possess a functional two\-wheeler with a valid driving license. Ready to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable using smartphone\-based sales tracking applications.

Pay: ₹11,023\.10 \- ₹33,533\.99 per month
