Senior Key Accounts Manager Ecommerce**Location:**

Hybrid**What you will do**
Responsible for managing key e\-commerce accounts and driving business growth across leading online marketplaces. The role requires strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key e\-commerce accounts including platforms and strategic online partners
Drive achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Analyze sales trends, category performance, and marketplace dynamics to recommend growth initiatives.
Support annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning processes.
Develop actionable insights from performance data and translate them into business recommendations.
Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor inventory availability, order fulfillment, listing health, and promotional execution.
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues impacting account performance.
Manage marketplace claims, deductions, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with finance and platform stakeholders for claim settlement and dispute resolution.
Maintain strong controls around commercial agreements and account profitability.
Build strong relationships with key contacts across e\-commerce platforms.
Collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, E\-commerce, Modern Trade, or related commercial roles.
Prior exposure to FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods categories is an advantage.
Skills \& Competencies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, cross\-functional environment.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Education
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, E\-commerce, or Business Management will be preferred.
