About the Role
Naman Darshan is looking for a proactive and responsible **Operations \& Partnership Executive** to manage customer operations, partner coordination, post\-sales execution, and service delivery. The role requires end\-to\-end ownership of customer bookings, ensuring that every Darshan is successfully completed while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day operational activities and service execution.
- Handle customer and partner queries, concerns, and escalations through **calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp**.
- Ensure successful execution of customer bookings from confirmation until Darshan completion.
- Coordinate continuously with customers, Pandits, temple representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth Darshan arrangements.
- Take ownership of every booking and ensure no customer is left unattended before, during, or after the Darshan process.
- Follow up proactively with customers and concerned stakeholders until the Darshan is successfully completed.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and escalations within defined timelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction through timely communication and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and service providers.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, trackers, and documentation.
- Support partnership coordination, proposals, research, and business initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions through calls, chats, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Strong problem\-solving, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email Communication.
- Ability to take ownership, multitask, and work independently.
