Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales \& Operations Manager with a strong background in the jewellery industry to manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall jewellery store operations and daily activities.
• Lead, supervise, and manage sales staff to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
• Ensure smooth billing, reporting, and operational procedures.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve sales.
• Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper coordination between staff and management.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
• Strong experience in jewellery sales and operations management.
• Proven experience in managing and leading staff.
• Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
