About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and coach our sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives
• Set and track individual and team sales targets
• Forecast revenue and report performance to leadership
• Step in on key deals to support reps in closing
• Identify training needs and support skill development within the team

Requirements

• 1\-3 years of sales experience, with managing a team
• Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting sales targets
• Strong coaching and people\-management skills
• Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline and forecasting
