Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self\-motivated **Sales Representative** with experience in **field sales** and a decent understanding of the **air purification/HVAC/IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)** industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for our air purification solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell air purification solutions, fresh air units, HVAC\-related products, standalone air purification systems, and related products.
  • Meet architects, MEP consultants, facility managers, EHS managers, procurement teams, builders, hospitals, schools, commercial offices, industries, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air purification solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
  • Generate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution of orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • **2–5 years of experience in field sales**
  • Decent knowledge of air filtration technologies, fresh air systems, and commercial air purification products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage sales territories and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
