Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Office Coordinator (Plumbing \& Valves)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail\-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage corporate sales coordination and client relations from our office. The ideal candidate will handle lead generation via phone/email, prepare commercial quotations, and manage complete backend sales follow\-ups to close orders.

Key Responsibilities

\- Make regular sales calls and handle inquiries from consultants, contractors, and project clients from the office.

\- Understand project requirements, analyze BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and coordinate with the team to propose suitable plumbing and valve solutions.

\- Prepare and share formal commercial quotations, price lists, and technical details with clients using MS Excel and Word.

\- Conduct regular telephonic follow\-ups on shared quotations and technical approvals to successfully close orders.

\- Maintain comprehensive daily records of calls, leads, and quotations in MS Excel, and submit daily activity reports to the management.

\- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely product delivery.

Requirements \& Qualifications

\- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate (No specific degree or technical background is mandatory).

\- Computer Skills: Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is required for daily reporting and quotation formatting.

\- Language Skills: Decent to Fluent English communication (both spoken and written) to interact professionally with corporate clients and consultants.

\- Key Skills: Strong telephonic communication, active listening, negotiation skills, and a result\-driven attitude.

\- Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or backend sales coordination (experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction materials is a plus but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
