Job Description

  • **Communication Skills** – Clear verbal and written communication with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** – Ability to maintain customer records and follow up efficiently.
  • **Order Processing** – Accurate handling of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales orders.
  • **Documentation Skills** – Maintaining proper sales records, contracts, and reports.
  • **Attention to Detail** – Ensuring accuracy in pricing, orders, and customer information.
  • **Coordination Skills** – Working closely with sales, logistics, accounts, and customer support teams.
  • **Time Management** – Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • **Problem\-Solving Ability** – Resolving customer issues and operational challenges quickly.
  • **MS Office \& ERP/CRM Knowledge** – Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM software such as SAP, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
  • **Data Analysis \& Reporting – Preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.**
  • **Multitasking Ability** – Managing multiple customer requests and internal processes simultaneously.
  • **Negotiation \& Follow\-up Skills** – Supporting the sales team in closing deals and ensuring timely customer follow\-ups.
  • **Teamwork** – Collaborating effectively with different departments.
  • **Confidentiality \& Integrity** – Handling customer and company data responsibly.
  • *Adaptability** – Quickly learning new systems, products, and business processes.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
