The role involves managing walk\-in customers, handling sales inquiries over calls, and converting leads into successful sales.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Handle walk\-in customers professionally and assist them with product selection.**
• **Manage customer inquiries and follow\-ups through phone calls and other communication channels.**
• **Generate and achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement.**
• **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.**
• **Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.**
• **Maintain product knowledge of Kurtis, Ethnic Wear, fabrics, designs, and latest fashion trends.**
• **Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.**
• **Keep records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow\-ups.**
• **Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase revenue.**
