Choice Group is looking for enthusiastic, target\-driven and customer\-focused Sales Representatives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships and achieving targets, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
• Connect with prospective buyers through calls, references and walk\-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities and payment plans.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills \& Requirements

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in real estate sales and marketing.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Strong negotiation and customer\-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi will be an advantage.
• Graduate preferred; freshers with confidence and enthusiasm are welcome.
