#### **Description**
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, conducting sales outreach, and supporting the end\-to\-end sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales\-oriented mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while driving business growth.
#### **Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential customers during scheduled shifts.
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and other communication channels.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with decision\-makers.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's service offerings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
#### **Qualifications**
- Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in sales or related customer\-facing roles.
- Experience selling IT services, software development services, SaaS solutions, or technology products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to conduct independent prospect research and outreach.
- Self\-motivated with a goal\-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
