We are one of India's leading Corporate DSAs, boasting direct tie\-ups with 50\-60\+ top banks and financial institutions pan\-India. As we expand our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) distribution network, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing team.

• *1\. Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Home Loans)**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Generate new leads and establish contact with prospective clients seeking home loans.

Analyze customers' financial profiles to recommend the most suitable loan products from our partner banks.

Build and maintain a strong professional network with real estate agents, builders, and channel partners.

Provide end\-to\-end assistance to customers, guiding them from the initial loan application through to sanction and final disbursement.

Consistently achieve and exceed company\-defined monthly sales targets.

• *2\. Position: Back Office Executive / Payment Processing Officer**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Meticulously verify loan applications, KYC details, financial papers, and property documents submitted by the sales team.

Log in files according to specific bank guidelines and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

Track the real\-time status of files and maintain seamless coordination between bank officials and the internal sales team.

Proactively identify document shortfalls or bank queries and resolve them quickly with the sales team.

Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain an organized, up\-to\-date database of all processed files.

• *3\. QUALIFICATION**

• *MINIMUM 12TH PASS**

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
