Job Description

Job Title: Interior Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Interior Sales Executive to generate leads, understand client requirements, and convert inquiries into interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills with a passion for interiors and home décor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and follow up on customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk\-ins.
  • Understand clients' interior design requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations, layouts, and presentations.
  • Explain design concepts, materials, pricing, and project timelines to clients.
  • Prepare and share project proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
  • Maintain regular follow\-up with prospects until project closure.
  • Build long\-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with the operations and execution team to ensure a smooth customer experience after project confirmation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in interior sales, real estate sales, furniture sales, modular kitchen sales, or home décor sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and space planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
