We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result\-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our online teacher training courses, answering their queries, following up with interested candidates, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.

• *Courses Offered**

The candidate will handle enquiries for the following online teacher training programmes:

\- Jolly Phonics Teacher Training

\- ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education)

\- Jolly Grammar Teacher Training

\- Preschool Management

\- Abacus Training

\- AI and ChatGPT Training for Teachers

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Call prospective students who have enquired about our courses.

\- Explain course details, eligibility requirements, duration, benefits, and admission procedures.

\- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.

\- Convert prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling.

\- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.

\- Handle students' questions professionally and build trust.

\- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow\-ups, and admission status.

\- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

\- Provide a positive and professional experience throughout the admission process.

• *Eligibility Requirements**

\- \*\*Education:\*\* Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

\- \*\*Experience:\*\* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

\- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.

\- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.

\- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

\- Ability to persuade, counsel, and build relationships with prospective students.

\- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target\-oriented mindset.
