About the Role

Mahashankh Design \& Technology is looking for a confident, proactive, and target\-oriented Sales Executive with at least one year of sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and be capable of generating leads, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into sales.

Candidates must have their own laptop, one additional SIM card for professional communication, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other sales channels.
• Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and explain the company's products and services.
• Communicate professionally with clients in both Hindi and English.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present product or service offerings and prepare quotations and proposals as required.
• Negotiate with clients and work toward closing sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, follow\-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales, business development, telecalling, or a related field.
• **Own laptop:** Candidate must have a personal laptop for work\-related activities.
• **Additional SIM card:** Candidate must have one extra SIM card dedicated to professional communication and client calls.
• **Language proficiency:** Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both Hindi and English.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good follow\-up, time\-management, and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of email, spreadsheets, online communication tools, and internet\-based work.
• A responsible, self\-motivated, and target\-driven attitude.
