Based out of our facility in MIDC Dhule, we craft premium, vet\-approved dog food using 100% real, clean ingredients. We are looking for an energetic, high\-performing Field Sales Representative to join us at the ground floor, build our local market presence, and help us scale.The Role (What You’ll Do)As our primary Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the region. You will split your time between securing wholesale B2B retail accounts and driving direct D2C sales at local public events.
- **B2B Retail Expansion**: Travel across Dhule and neighboring towns to pitch, negotiate, and secure shelf space for Waggles in independent pet shops, vet clinics, agricultural/feed supply stores, and grooming salons.
- **B2C Event Sales**: Own our presence at local weekend markets, pet festivals, community events, and pop\-up venues. Set up attractive displays, hand out samples, and register pet parents for direct sales.
- **Pipeline Management**: Handle the full sales cycle from initial cold calling and shop visits to closing deals, taking orders, and managing deliveries/payments.
- **Relationship Management**: Regularly visit existing retail accounts to ensure proper stock levels, handle product displays, and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- **Daily Reporting**: Coordinate with the founding team at the MIDC Dhule office to report daily sales, track targets, and share crucial market feedback on competitor pricing and trends.
Requirements (What We Are Looking For)
- **Experience**: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, FMCG (Fast\-Moving Consumer Goods), or retail distribution. Startup or pet industry experience is a massive bonus.
- **Mobility**: Must own a reliable two\-wheeler or car, possess a valid driver’s license, and be highly enthusiastic about daily local travel.
- **Languages**: Strong communication skills in **Marathi** and **Hindi** are essential to build trust with local store owners; basic English is preferred for reporting.
- **Mindset**: A self\-motivated "hunter" who thrives on the road, loves meeting new people, and can close deals without rigid corporate supervision.
- **Passion**: A genuine love for dogs and an interest in pet health and wellness.
