*Key Responsibilities**
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking
Present elevator solutions to builders, architects, consultants, and end customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
