Sales Executive – Premium Furniture Showroom
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer\-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about creating exceptional shopping experiences. If you enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect furniture solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers visiting the showroom and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Identify customer preferences, lifestyle requirements, and budget to recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing solutions.
- Explain product specifications, materials, features, pricing, and available offers with confidence and clarity.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and ensuring a smooth buying journey from inquiry to purchase.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall showroom performance.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer\-first attitude with a passion for sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective product recommendations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and a collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in retail, furniture, lifestyle, or home décor sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
