A growing FMCG company is hiring a sales representative to manage and expand its market presence in Ratlam. The role involves field sales, distributor handling, and business development activities.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors
• Conduct regular market visits to build business relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Two\-wheeler with valid driving licence required
