• **Position Overview:***

The **Customer Service Executive** is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, generating and managing leads, providing information about MTK IT Service, conducting follow\-ups, coordinating with internal managers and maintaining accurate records of all inquiries and conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and strong follow\-up abilities.

• **Key Responsibilities:***

• Lead management \& Follow\-Up classify leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with potential customers.
• Continuously test and refine DM outreach scripts, opening hooks, and value propositions to improve response rates and conversion efficiency.
• Maintain strict follow\-up schedules with high\-intent prospects
• Handle customer queries and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, \& resolution in CRM and operational systems.

• **Requirements \& Qualifications:***

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0\-2 yr (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
• **Good English and Hindi verbal communication and interpersonal skills.**
• Good Listening and persuasion abilities.
• Positive attitude and customer\-focused approach.
