Position: Sales Representative – Thailand Market
Location: Bangkok (Resident in Thailand)
Reporting To: Export Sales Head
Job Purpose
To develop and expand the company's business in Thailand by acquiring new
customers, managing existing accounts, increasing sales revenue, and
strengthening market presence. The candidate will act as the primary
contact for customers and distributors in Thailand while ensuring
achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for the Thailand market. Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and channel
partners. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and contract
discussions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
requirements. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence
reports. Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to
ensure smooth order execution. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in
Thailand. Handle pricing negotiations and commercial agreements. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM
systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of sales revenue New customer acquisition. Market share growth. Customer retention and satisfaction. Timely collection of receivables. Accuracy of sales forecasts.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Polymer
Science, Chemistry, or related field. 5\+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial products, rubber,
chemicals, polymers, masterbatch, carbon black, additives
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
