• *Job Responsibilities**

\* Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, and email.

\* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kashmir tour packages.

\* Create customized day\-wise travel itineraries.

\* Prepare quotations and travel proposals.

\* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

\* Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

\* Coordinate with hotels, houseboats, transport providers, and local vendors.

\* Manage hotel and transport bookings.

\* Assist customers before, during, and after their trip.

\* Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.

\* Update customer records in CRM or Excel.

\* Maintain daily sales and inquiry reports.

\* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of trips.

\* Stay updated on Kashmir destinations, weather, routes, tourist attractions, and travel regulations.

\* Upsell sightseeing activities, premium stays, and travel experiences where appropriate.
