The Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospective buyers into customers for the residential project.
The role requires maintaining a professional \& seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Attend walk\-in customers at the project site.
Generate and follow up on leads received through digital marketing, referrals, brokers, and other channels.
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and construction status.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain regular follow\-ups with interested buyers to maximize conversions.
Maintain daily records of inquiries, site visits, follow\-ups, and sales conversions.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
