• *Job Title: Sale Coordinator \-Immediate Joiner**

• *Experience Required: 6 Months – 3 Year**

• *Location: Noida Extension**

• *Industry: Real Estate/Edtech/Healthtech/Fintech/ Proptech/ Customer Support**

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to channel partners and potential clients.
• Handle high\-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
• Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
• Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
• Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
• Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
• Explain and promote the Prop/Guru application to channel partners and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities.

• *Required Skills**

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Tele calling/ Edtech/Healthtech/Fintech/ Customer Support
• Proven experience as a Tele caller or Sales Representative.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Comfortable working with CRM software.
• Strong lead generation and follow\-up skills.
