Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our growing sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work across **Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Leasing** properties while helping clients find the right real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and convert real estate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, tenants, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, Leasing, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented approach.
• Comfortable conducting client meetings and property site visits.
