Are you a high\-performing polymer sales professional with a deep network of manufacturing clients and experience driving international exports?
We are a growing Chemical Manufacturing and Petrochemical \& Polymer Trading firm seeking a dynamic, highly independent International \& Domestic Sales Manager – Polymers to spearhead our market entry in the Philippines.
About the Role
This position will begin as a 100% remote, work\-from\-home role, working independently to establish our market presence. You will hold full commercial responsibility for expanding our market footprint, driving high\-volume sales for our extensive product portfolio across domestic industrial hubs and strategic international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Entry \& Outbound Sales: Function as a self\-driven "hunter" to secure new B2B business opportunities by targeting plastic converters, packaging manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
- Dual\-Market Management: Drive high\-volume domestic sales across major industrial zones while simultaneously expanding our international export footprint.
- End\-to\-End Account Management: Manage the complete order lifecycle independently from home during the initial remote phase (including lead generation, pricing negotiations, contracts, and payment collection).
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Product Portfolio FocusYou will be responsible for driving commercial sales for a comprehensive range of products, including:
- PP, PE, PET, PVC, TPE
- HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, ABS,
Requirements \& Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience within the Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer trading industry.
- Network: Must possess an active, existing network of manufacturing clients, plastic converters, and industrial buyers.
- Skills: Strong track record in outbound lead generation, international export processes, and contract negotiation.
- Mindset: Highly independent, self\-motivated, and comfortable working remotely without daily supervision.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
