Job Title: Sales \& Service Executive – Industrial Pumps

• *Job Description**

We are looking for a technically inclined and target\-oriented Sales \& Service Executive to handle industrial and submersible pump servicing, sales, and aftermarket business across Bihar.

Key Responsibilities

• **Technical Service \& Maintenance:** Perform inspection, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial and submersible pumps.
• **Sales \& Business Development:** Generate leads and sell submersible pumps, industrial pumps, spare parts, and related services.
• **Field Operations:** Conduct regular customer visits, site inspections, technical discussions, and business development activities across Bihar.
• **After\-Sales Support:** Handle customer complaints, identify technical issues, provide service solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• **Sales Targets \& Reporting:** Achieve assigned sales targets, follow up with customers, develop new business opportunities, and maintain daily field visit reports.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• **Qualification:** B.Sc. (Physics/Mathematics) or relevant technical qualification.
• **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates **both can apply.**
• Must be willing to undertake extensive fieldwork across Bihar.
• Must have a personal two\-wheeler and a valid Driving Licence (DL).
• Basic mechanical and technical understanding of pumps and machinery.
• Good communication, customer\-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work with both technical service responsibilities and sales targets.

Important Job Requirements

• 100% readiness for fieldwork and customer\-site visits.
• Comfortable with daily travel across assigned territories in Bihar.
• Willing to handle both office\-based coordination and field operations.
• Target\-oriented approach with a strong willingness to learn and perform.

• *Note:** This position involves both technical service operations and sales responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable handling both roles.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
