Sales & Service Engineer

• *Job Title:** Service Engineer / Sales Engineer

• *Location:** Kolkata, West Bengal.

• *Experience Required:** 2–3 years (minimum) in service/maintenance of medical equipment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment and related medical devices.
• Provide timely service support to hospitals/clinics and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with the technical team and vendors for spare parts replacement and technical upgrades.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
• Train end\-users (hospital staff/doctors) on basic equipment handling.

• *Key Skills \& Requirements:**

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Hands\-on experience in medical device servicing, especially in **laparoscopy/endoscopy systems**.
• Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the eastern region for service support.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
