Manage client escalations \- recording in CRM, working with the team \& client to identify the corrective action and completing the identified actions to close escalations
Support the sales team in order creation \& amendment, responding to customers on order status, expediting urgent deliveries, coordinating sample approval
Upload invoices in customer CRM systems \& resolving any invoice / gst / outstanding balance enquiry from the customer
*Experience**
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales support
Exposure to Corporate supplies / eCommerce will be an added advantage.
*Qualification \& Skills**
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage targets, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
