Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing deals.
Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
Maintain high team morale and foster a performance\-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, BPO sales, or field sales is preferred.
Required Skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel.

Timing\- 9:30 to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday one rotational off), Saturday and Sunday Working.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
