Position: **Sales Team Leader**

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Job Description

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of 5\-10 Sales Executives to achieve monthly \& yearly sales targets
• Responsible for overall showroom sales, enquiries handling, test drives \& closing
• Train, mentor and monitor team performance on daily basis
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI)
• Prepare daily sales report (DSR), MIS and report to General Manager Sales
• Drive exchange, finance, insurance \& accessories sales
• Ensure proper follow\-up of leads from DMS, CRM \& digital enquiries
• Conduct morning huddles, role plays and product training for team
• Maintain showroom discipline, display and customer handling process
• Graduate / MBA with 3\-6 Years of experience in Automobile Sales (Two Wheeler / Four Wheeler / Used Car)
• Must have at least 1\-2 Years of experience as Team Leader / Supervisor / Sr. Sales Executive handling a team
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation \& closing skills
• Target oriented, self\-motivated \& able to handle pressure

• *Requirements:**

• Must have Bike \& Valid Driving License
• Local candidates from Kota / Hadoti region preferred
• Immediate Joiner preferred

Pay: Up to ₹25,000\.00 per month
