• *Roles and Responsibilities**

· Candidate having hands on experience handling project from Thane to Ghatkopar \& Powai area.

· To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate.

· Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.

· Looking for a hard\-core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.

· Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships.

· Discover training needs and provide coaching

· Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

· Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

• *Desired Candidate Profile**

· Proven work experience as a Sales Manage or Team Leader.

· Mandatory working experience from Thane.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Organizational and time\-management skills

· Excellent knowledge about geographical area in Thane city

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
