Sales Telecaller – Apollo Cash

- *Apollo Cash** is our digital personal loan app designed to provide fast, seamless access to credit through a completely digital journey.
We are looking for a Sales Telecaller who will engage directly with borrowers and help them successfully complete their loan journey.
This is not a traditional tele\-calling role.
You will act as the human intelligence layer of a digital lending product converting incomplete applications, re\-engaging borrowers, and uncovering why customers hesitate, drop off, or convert. Your insights will directly influence Product, Risk, Growth, and Collections strategies.
If you are persuasive, analytical, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day, this role offers strong ownership and visibility.
- Call customers who have started but not completed the Apollo Cash loan journey.
- Guide borrowers through KYC, bank linking, eligibility checks, documentation, and app navigation.
- Convert incomplete applications into successful loan disbursals.
- Re\-engage existing customers for repeat loans, upgrades, or reactivation.
- Identify and document reasons for customer drop\-offs, including pricing, eligibility, trust, user experience, and documentation issues.
- Capture structured customer feedback and insights from conversations.
- Share recurring borrower behavior patterns with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Collections teams.
- Provide real\-time inputs to improve customer communication, eligibility logic, pricing communication, and user journeys.
- Maintain detailed call notes and outcomes in CRM and dialer systems.
- Handle inbound customer queries when required.
- Follow compliant calling practices aligned with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and fair lending practices.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele\-sales, fintech, NBFC, banking, or customer\-facing sales roles.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Target\-oriented mindset with ownership of conversion outcomes.
- Ability to identify patterns and derive insights from customer conversations.
- High integrity and customer\-first approach.
- Experience in personal loans, credit cards, BNPL, or unsecured lending.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and lead management systems.
- Exposure to fintech onboarding and KYC processes.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, or Customer Success teams.
