Position Overview

We are hiring full\-time Sales Telecaller Executivs who will play a key role in connecting with potential investors/entrepreneurs interested in starting our school franchise. This is a permanent role with 6 working days per week.

Key Responsibilities

\* Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce them to our franchise business model.

\* Explain investment requirements, benefits, and growth opportunities of the school franchise.

\* Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow\-ups/appointments for the sales team.

\* Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow\-ups in the system.

\* Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

\* Provide excellent customer experience by addressing queries and guiding prospects through the process.

Requirements

\* Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales/inside sales (experience in education, real estate, or franchise sector preferred).

\* Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional language knowledge is a plus).

\* Confident, energetic, and target\-driven with the ability to handle objections.

\* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.).

\* Should be comfortable with a 6\-day working schedule.
