We’re looking for energetic and ambitious **Business Development Executives** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a technical \+ management background to launch their careers in industrial sales and business development.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and approach potential clients in domestic and international markets
• Generate leads through online research, networking, and cold calling
• Pitch company products/services and understand customer requirements
• Set up meetings, give presentations, and support proposal creation
• Follow up for deal closure and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain CRM and generate regular sales reports

• *Requirements:**

MBA in Marketing / Business \+ B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical (Mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of technical/industrial products and services

Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed

Strong problem\-solving and analytical mindset
