We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales team capabilities and drive business growth through impactful training initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct product and sales training sessions for sales executives, beauty advisors, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
• Train teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, objection handling, and market strategies.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and field observations.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment modules.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance tracking.
• Conduct onboarding and induction training for new sales employees.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams for training schedules and development initiatives.
• Support field teams through regular market visits and practical demonstrations.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning during training sessions.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or Sales Executive in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence teams.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
