Sales Training Manager - Manufacturing

• Teach mesh count, wire gauge, aperture, open area, weight, and SS, MS and GI materials in Days 1 to 14 of every batch.
• Cover all product families (woven, welded, wire screens, perforated sheets, expanded metal, chain link) and their uses by industry.
• Arrange factory floor exposure at the Coimbatore factory with Production and Quality.
• Build and update the product manual, product tests (pass mark 80%) and a bank of real enquiries for quote practice.
• Run the product test and record scores in ERPNext.
• Run product refreshers for existing sales staff across the 5 branches.
• Support the Sales Training Manager with role play scenarios, spec\-to\-quote practice and Selection Day.
• Report test results and weak topics after each batch, so teaching improves.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
