Job Summary

Salesforce DevOps Engineer who combines strong Salesforce platform expertise with modern DevOps practices. This role is ideal for someone who has hands\-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and developer\-friendly CI/CD pipelines tailored to the Salesforce ecosystem who plays a key role in improving release velocity, code quality, and environment management across multiple Salesforce orgs. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Salesforce DX (SFDX) and modern DevOps frameworks. Manage version control strategies (branching, merging, release management) aligned with team workflows. Implement automated testing strategies, including Apex unit tests, static code analysis, and quality gates. Collaborate with developers, architects, and admins to ensure seamless integration of development and deployment processes. Manage environment strategy (scratch orgs, sandboxes, packaging) to support scalable development practices. Ensure secure deployments, including secrets management, authentication flows, and compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities

1\. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications using salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.

2\. Provide expertise in customizing salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.

3\. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

4\. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in salesforce development.

5\. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications.

6\. Stay updated with the latest salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of salesforce implementations.

7\. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Skill Requirements

1\. Proficiency in salesforce development including salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.

2\. In\-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration, customization, apex, visualforce, and lightning components.

3\. Experience in designing and implementing salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

4\. Strong understanding of salesforce integration capabilities with third\-party systems.

5\. Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

6\. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1\.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
