Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with 12\+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, implementation, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high\-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end\-to\-end Salesforce architecture and technical solutions.
• Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
• Design scalable solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Define integration architecture using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Ensure best practices in security, data modelling, performance, and governance.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Lead technical discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.

Required Skills

• 12\+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce architecture.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
