• *Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce Automation QA Engineer** with strong expertise in **Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)** and Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in automation framework development, Salesforce testing, SOQL validation, and end\-to\-end integration testing. This role requires excellent collaboration and communication skills to deliver high\-quality Salesforce solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, build, and execute automation frameworks using **Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)**.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end\-to\-end testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce data and business processes using **SOQL**.
• Execute end\-to\-end integration testing across Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and reusable test assets.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
• Lead QA best practices, test planning, and automation initiatives.

• *Required Qualifications**

• 5\+ years of overall QA Automation experience.
• 3\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce Testing experience.
• 2\+ years of practical experience with **Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)**.
• Strong experience in automation framework development.
• Good knowledge of **SOQL** for Salesforce data validation.
• Hands\-on experience in integration and end\-to\-end testing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• ISEB or ISTQB Certification.
• Experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring QA team members.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and project delivery timelines.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce testing best practices and automation strategies.
• Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.
