Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing and Selenium automation. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), designing automation frameworks, and executing end\-to\-end testing to ensure high\-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end\-to\-end testing for Salesforce applications.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain Selenium automation test scripts.

Validate Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.

Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and test cases.

Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives.

Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test execution.

Ensure application quality throughout Salesforce releases and deployments.

Required Qualifications

5\+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.

Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce Testing (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).

Expertise in Selenium WebDriver automation.

Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and release management.

Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.

Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Exposure to API testing using Postman or REST Assured.

Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.

Salesforce certification is a plus.
