• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer** with 8\+ years of overall ServiceNow experience and strong hands\-on expertise in SPM/PPM modules.

The ideal candidate should have experience configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow SPM applications, including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow SPM/PPM applications.
• Work on Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure SPM data models, portfolio structures, hierarchies, and prioritization.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and release management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and architects.

• *Required Skills**

• 8\+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience in ServiceNow SPM / PPM.
• Experience with Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, reports, dashboards, and data imports.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

• *Good to Have**

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS\-SPM certification.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and executive dashboards.
• Knowledge of MID Server and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and release management.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹140,000\.00 per month
