SFDC PRM Tech Lead/ Architect as per JD

The Salesforce Core PRM Partner Relationship Management Tech Lead Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable partner channel solutions on Salesforce This role owns PRM architecture and technical execution across Experience Cloud Sales Cloud automation integrations and security while guiding development teams and ensuring enterprisegrade solution quality

Key Responsibilities

Own endtoend technical architecture for Salesforce Core PRM solutions

Design partner portals using Experience Cloud Templates Custom LWC Branding Navigation

Architect PRM capabilities Partner Onboarding LeadDeal Registration MDF Partner Dashboards Incentives

Translate business and channel requirements into scalable technical designs

Lead technical design estimation sprint planning and solution reviews

Design and review Apex LWC Flows Triggers and integrations

Define Salesforce security architecture for partners Roles Sharing External Identity SSO

Design integration patterns with ERP CRM finance incentive and vendor systems

Ensure performance optimization governorlimit compliance and data scalability

Guide and mentor developers perform codedesign reviews

Collaborate with Solution Architects BAs PMs and client IT teams

Support UAT deployment governance release planning and hypercare

Drive technical best practices reusable components and standards

Support presales solutioning estimations and PRM capability demos

Required Technical Skills

Strong handson experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience Cloud

Deep understanding of Salesforce Core PRM features and data model

Expertise in Apex Triggers SOQLSOSL and async processing

Advanced LWC development for Experience Cloud portals

Strong command of Salesforce security identity

OWD Sharing Sets External Roles

Partner Community licensing

SSO OAuth Connected Apps

Experience with RESTSOAP integrations and middleware platforms

Familiarity with CICD and DevOps tools Copado Gearset Git Jenkins

Experience delivering enterprise PRM programs with large partner ecosystems
