Job Description

We are looking for a skilled **Salesforce Developer** with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce customizations. Experience with **Certinia PSA** is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Build scalable and reusable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, permissions, sharing models, and managed package configurations.
• Design and implement complex UI workflows and persona\-based user experiences.
• Extend Salesforce and Certinia PSA data models with minimal disruption to existing functionality.
• Develop custom screens and components from scratch based on business requirements.
• Convert UI mockups and designs into responsive and functional Salesforce experiences.
• Develop custom UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where standard Salesforce components are insufficient.
• Work on Salesforce integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Follow enterprise governance, release management, and development best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints.
• **Mandatory experience with Certinia PSA.**
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, and data mapping.
• Hands\-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing custom Lightning components.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with structured governance and release management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
