- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand CRM and business requirements.
- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, code, deploy, and maintain Salesforce\-based solutions.
- Define project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

- Identify and resolve technical issues and application bugs.
- Prepare technical documentation and support user training activities.
- Ensure data security, system integrity, and platform performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software or application development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and development.
- Hands\-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with development tools such as MavensMate or Eclipse.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong problem\-solving abilities with attention to detail.
