Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in

solution architecture, hands\-on Salesforce development and AI\-enabled

solutions. The candidate will lead technical design and implementation,

guide development teams, ensure scalable and secure Salesforce solutions,

and identify opportunities to use AI capabilities to improve business

processes.

Key responsibilities

Lead end\-to\-end Salesforce solution design, development and

implementation.

Define scalable architectures across Salesforce clouds, integrations,

data models and security.

Provide technical leadership to developers and review solution designs,

code quality and performance.

Develop and oversee Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Flows and integration

components.

Design Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and

event\-driven architectures.

Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities based on business

requirements.

Work with Einstein AI, Agentforce or other relevant Salesforce AI

capabilities, depending on project needs.

Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve productivity

through AI\-enabled solutions.

Establish development standards, deployment practices and technical

documentation.

Mentor developers, resolve complex technical issues and coordinate with

business and architecture stakeholders.

Support release planning, CI/CD, code reviews and production issue

resolution.

Mandatory technical skills

Strong hands\-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, triggers,

LWC and Flows.

Salesforce solution architecture and technical design.

Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; additional cloud

experience is advantageous.

Integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Data modelling, Salesforce security, sharing rules and governor limits.

Experience leading technical delivery, conducting code reviews and

mentoring developers.

Practical understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities and their

application to business use cases.

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD practices.

Preferred skills

Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder or other relevant Salesforce AI

capabilities.

LLM integrations, prompt engineering and AI\-powered workflow automation.

Salesforce Data Cloud, where relevant to the solution.

Copado, Gearset or comparable DevOps tools.

Experience with enterprise\-scale Salesforce implementations.

Vendor screening criteria

Validate hands\-on architecture and technical leadership experience.

Ask for an actual AI implementation example, including the candidate's

individual contribution.

Confirm the Salesforce AI platform used; general AI awareness alone is

not equivalent to implementation experience.

Assess technical decision\-making, integration design and ability to

mentor developers.

Pay: ₹1,800,000\.00 \- ₹3,500,000\.00 per year
