• *Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer II to join our CRM Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, OmniStudio, and the Salesforce Platform.

The ideal candidate will have good Salesforce development skills, experience building integrations, and a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and high\-quality solutions while working closely with business and technology teams.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across, Sales Cloud \& Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce Platform.Develop Salesforce applications and features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build digital experiences and guided user journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events applying OAuth, and JWT security protocols to enable secure integration with AWS services, backend microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Support implementation and enhancement of Data Cloud and Agentforce capabilities where applicable.Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business requirements
• Participate in Salesforce deployments and release management activities using Copado, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.Optimize application performance, security, data quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Follow established Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, AI innovations, and industry best practices

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4\-5 years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience.
• 2\+ years of experience implementing and supporting Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Platform development.
• Experience designing and developing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, JWT Authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchies, and governance.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• *Preferences**

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience segmentation, unified customer profiles, and Customer 360 capabilities.
• Experience with Agent force, Salesforce AI, Prompt Builder, Copilot, AI Agents, or Generative AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services and cloud\-native applications.
• Experience working within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Advisor Platforms.
• Knowledge of event\-driven architectures and modern cloud integration patterns.
• Exposure to AI\-driven customer engagement and personalization solutions.

• *Preferred Certifications**

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Salesforce Agent force Specialist
